With a BFA in Visual Communication Design and Art History, Jessie spent 10+ years as a graphic designer before focusing on community management where she specializes in events and engaging with creatives. She is obsessed with crafting, which shines through her experience as Artist Community Manager at Spoonflower, co-hosting the Craft Hangout Podcast, directing craft, DIY, & home content at Jumprope (a video startup purchased by LinkedIn), and her breadth of workshops including embroidery, hand lettering, printmaking, glass etching, paper crafting, and more.

Are you captivated by the art of divination, like Tarot, Oracle cards, or Astrology? You’ll love exploring the enchanting world of charm casting and creating your own unique set of charms! Much like Tarot or Oracle cards, charm casting involves interpreting imagery to seek guidance or gain insights into the future.

In this class you’ll create your own set of charms by decoupaging found images onto wood squares. We’ll delve into the meaning behind the imagery and explore how to perform personal readings with your new set of casting charms.

This is a relaxing and magical project that you’ll enjoy customizing to your interests and unique spiritual journey.
