She knows what it's like to not have the time or patience to spend hours in the kitchen and still want amazing food every night. With a low budget and a vegetarian tendency, she took her years of prepping in professional kitchens into her own. She supports her clients to refine their diets, build culinary skills and reinvent their pantries so they can feel amazing in their skin and confident in the kitchen!

We've got you covered! This class will awaken your palette and inform how you cook with herbs and spices. You will be able to broaden your cultural cuisine repertoire and be better able to use your senses to identify "what it needs" when you cook. We will cover how to combine spices and herbs and achieve balance in a dish including the crucial role of salt. You will know how to work with fresh versus dried herbs as well as how to freshly grind or grate spices. The beauty of infusions and the use of essence will also be covered.
The structure of the class will blend lecture, hands-on "play", tasting, and demonstration.
