In this class we will discuss local, organic and sustainable food. We will cover some basic cooking, making a meal together to nosh on that evening during our discussion, as well as creating a take home meal for the next day.

In class, we'll make bean burgers with guacamole for dinner, and we'll have lots of time for Q&A about healthy eating on a budget. Bring your questions about cooking and shopping for organic, sustainable food. Everyone will get a packet of resources to help you keep eating well even after class.

The goal: eat better, feel better, and do it in a way that even the busiest person can maintain.

This class will be vegetarian friendly!
