As coaches, parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, or anyone else who interacts with young athletes, it is important to have a plan for the best way to encourage our players. During this discussion, we will explore why we are coaching, what we hope to get out of it, what we hope the children get out of it, and ways to get that done.

Along with the discussion we will include some demos of baseball specific drills with ideas for practice plans and close it out with a big Q&A. All you need to bring is an open mind and a desire to change some lives for the better.
