Brooklyn Brainery hosts affordable classes at our location in Brooklyn (190 Underhill Ave in Prospect Heights), as well as additional events around the borough. We hosted our first classes in 2010 and look forward to hosting many more for years to come.
Location: Prospect Heights Brainery (190 Underhill Ave in Prospect Heights, BK)
Join us for a backyard BBQ to raise funds for our rescue, Cat Republic! We'll be grilling up some burgers, hot dogs, and veg options and enjoying a summer afternoon outdoors.
Your ticket includes food, drinks, and a raffle ticket. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event. Monthly donors to Cat Republic can attend the BBQ for free as a thank you for your ongoing support.
Your donations will help to support cats like Lisa, a 13-year-old beat up sweet street cat, who was very sick on the streets of Bensonhurst. We were able to connect with her caretaker, scoop her up, and get her to the vet to get the care she needs. We've spent over $1200 on Lisa's care so far and are trying to get her well enough for a retirement home.
