Learning how to make your own deodorant can be an empowering experience, allowing you to have total control over what you put on your body as well as what you put inside it. The skin is the pathway into the body, with everything we apply to it working its way to and through the bloodstream and reaching our most cherished organs including the heart, lungs, and muscle tissue.
In this class you will learn the basics of making an all-natural deodorant: free from mineral oil, baking soda, parabens, aluminum, sulphates, and other harmful ingredients that make their way into our body. We'll cover basic information about using essential oils and vegetable oils to control body odor and perspiration, substitutes for baking soda, and how these ingredients can support other parts of our body. Finally, attendees will make their own deodorant and leave with a foundation and plenty of tips to make deodorant at home.
