What happens to our writing and embodied experience when we slow down and connect to our senses? In this writing workshop, we’ll tend to taste, sights, sounds, smells, texture through food, music, creative prompts, guided conversation, and meditations for slowing down and being with life. Write to ground down into delight of being with what is in the present moment. You’ll leave with prompts and practices to enliven your writing & nourish your senses.

What’s included: snacks for tasting (fruit, chocolate, savory things) paper and pens and prompts to explore on your own time outside of class

What you’ll need: BYOB + a notebook and pen, or purchase one from Odette Press

This is a 21+ experience. No writing or meditation background needed. We'll be OUTDOORS in the backyard for this session.
