You might know that we eat Turkey at Thanksgiving in part because it is a bird native to the Americas, but did you know that venison, duck, geese and fish were also on the first Thanksgiving menu? In this class, we'll learn about other native American foods, including cranberries, chiles, tomatoes, pumpkin, and everyone's favorite: chocolate.

Just in time for the holidays, you'll leave this class with a better understanding of the history of the New World/Old World food exchange as well as some great authentic recipes for Thanksgiving that come with a story.
