Mozzarella Making

Missing

Taught by Norm

Norm began making cheese after reading farmer's blog about how she made homemade mozzarella. He thoroughly enjoys cooking and baking, electronics, camping, volunteering and riding his bike now that the weather is warmer.

Fresh mozzarella is, by far, the quickest and easiest cheese to make at home.

Come join this class, where, through the magic of food science, you will convert one gallon of milk into three-quarters of a pound of mozzarella for your own pizza, insalata caprese or bocchini.

Participants in this two hour class will not only make their own cheese, but will leave with supplies for an additional batch.

This class, like all the rest, meets at 515 Court Street, in Carroll Gardens BK.
