Got bed bugs? Or scared to death you will one day? Don’t worry: we can get through this together. Come to the Brainery for a night of bed bug tales with Brooke Borel, whose popular science book about the critters debuted last month. The book takes the reader from the invisible cracks of a bedroom to an improbable adventure that includes bed bug research labs, the front row of the Off-Off-Broadway rock opera BEDBUGS!!! and a bat roost in the Czech Republic.
Brooke will give a short talk on bed bugs and read selections of her book. Then the floor is all yours for a Q&A. After, you’ll have time to mingle with other guests over complimentary beer and wine. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
