This is an old class! Enjoy the notes, and check out the current courses.

An inherited culinary tradition via the Victorian Era British colonizers, Indian High Tea service was soon adapted to the food culture and taste preferences of the Indian people. Today it remains a very popular mini-meal throughout the Subcontinent and is enjoyed more commonly there than even in the UK!

We'll learn how to prepare classic Indian tea treats such as pakoras, chaats, bhel poori, sweets and more before sitting down to enjoy all with a selection of Indian teas, including easy-to-prepare homemade chai masala.
