Put down the plastic bear!

Like a fine wine, honey is a delicacy with terroir that changes based on the season and flowers foraged by the bees. Come see, smell, and TASTE your way through honeys from 6 continents and over a dozen countries around the world, as well as local honey from all over New York City.

We'll learn about pairing honey with food and drink and take a tour of a nearby apiary to see the alchemy of the bees in action. Watch them make the honey which humans have shared as food, medicine, cosmetic, and mystery for over 15,000 years.
