Mary Catanzaro has been working as an Event Planner for over 20 years. She has worked in many of NYC's best venues and now has her own company - POGO Events. POGO Events plans The Amazing New York Race - a scavenger hunt adventure around NYC. POGO plans over 200 hunts a year including birthday, bachelorette and public events. Her business has been featured on WABC and she has done corporate events for companies like MTV and Victoria's Secret.

During the session, we'll break into groups and you'll learn how to plan different types of parties from low budget barbecues to movie premieres. You will tap into your creativity and learn the many aspects of planning the best bash for your buck.
Where should the party be? How much liquor do I need? How do I choose the right venue? Questions like these and many more will be answered!
