Taste your way through eight wines from around the world.

Why is wine so difficult?

You have no trouble choosing between an iced tea and an iced latte, but a long wine list and a snooty waiter are enough to give you cold sweats.

Why is it so hard to find a wine you like and not feel stupid?

Good news: It’s not your fault. Nobody has ever given you the words to articulate what you like. Better news: the only way to learn is to TASTE MORE WINE.

Join me for a sneak peek of my new book, Wine Hack, and learn wine as we in the industry do: TASTING WINE. In this live version of the book, I’ll reveal and you’ll taste the 4 simple, distinct qualities that encompass and separate all of the world’s wine as we taste eight different wines. It is my hope to make you as comfortable choosing between Barolo and Bordeaux as you are Coke and Pepsi.

Learn to speak wine and the world of wine is yours to conquer.

(21+, this class takes place at Adalya restaurant in Manhattan, located at 55 Irving Place). Pre-registration required.)
