This is an old class! Check out the current classes, or sign up for our mailing list to see if we'll offer this one again.

Loving yourself and the world around you from the inside out is something we can benefit from every day (and build into our journaling and creative practices everyday).

In class, explore a heart centered approach to life living, shape making, creative practice, and journal writing: explore affirmations, movements to spark joy and inspiration, writing to connect to you, and ways to connect to the world around you -- through through writing, through breathing, through creative practice as a channel for connection and care.

Connect from the inside out, as you move from inner experience to outer experience. This class includes: writing prompts for savoring joy, for self care and compassion, gentle movements, breathwork, and rhythms to remind you of the love that exists within you and around you at all times, and ways to remind yourself through ritual and routine of these loving practices.

Come ready to write, to draw, to breathe, to move, and to celebrate love starting from within.

For class you'll need: something to write with and something to write on (loose leaf paper, a journal / a pencil, markers, or pens). Note: due to the personal nature of journal writing and reflecting, this class won’t be recorded! All movements will be small and based from a seat. This class is open to all levels.
