In less than one hour from start to finish, and with just a handful of quality ingredients, create the classic Sardinian dish, Clams with Fregola. If you can’t purchase fregola, the tiny cous cous-like pasta, you’ll learn the tips to recreating it yourself at home. Discuss Sardinian food and how Italians pack so much flavor into a dish using so few ingredients. Choose one of multiple variations of this classic dish or take note to vary it the next time you make it. Because once you enjoy Clams with Fregola, and see how simple it is, you will make this again and again.

This is a hands-on live virtual class and part of our new Culinary Quickie series. (see below)
