Barbara Kancelbaum is a communications consultant specializing in publications and media relations for nonprofit organizations. Some of her current and past clients include NYU Colleges of Nursing and Dentistry, Arcus Foundation, Day Care Council of New York, Metis Associates, Columbia Law School, Brooklyn Historical Society, Cardozo Law School, Doctors Without Borders, and Health & Disability Advocates. Previously, she was the communications director of the U.S. office of Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières. Ms. Kancelbaum holds a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.
