Mindfulness is the art of paying attention and being present in the moment. It's a wonderful tool to help us focus and relax in our everyday life and especially helpful in writing. You could say writing and mindfulness go together like peanut butter and jelly.

In this class, you'll learn the basics of mindfulness, guided breathing and sitting meditations and how getting calm can help with your writing practice. This class is open to anyone who loves to write, or hates it, but wants to get better. You don't have to have any experience to sign up. In fact, it's encouraged. It's also for anyone who likes to write and wants to learn how mindfulness can boost your creativity and productivity.
