Take an edible staycation to the land of cotton!
Join Dixie Spanish for two nights of food and fun. We'll cover the basics of Southern cooking and touch on the history and folklore behind it. Snack on boiled peanuts while your gracious hostess delights you with trivia and victuals.
And though hog and hominy drive the cuisine of the South, we'll cover much more, including pecan pie and pimiento cheese. Whether you're homesick or just plain hungry, this class will delight Southrons and Yanks alike.
