We all love traditional holiday foods, but isn't it about time you added a little spice to the usual mashed potatoes and roast bird?

In this class, we'll concoct a tart and fiery Cranberry and Green Chile Relish that might change your mind about icky cranberry sauce. Also: a Raisin and Ginger Chutney perfect with both turkey and ham, Madras Potato Latkes and a Butternut Squash Curry with Nigella Seeds and Bengali Spices. Yeah, you'll be bringing the side dish this year.
