The forever delicious pie is apparently set to be the "next big thing." But the perfect pie is all about having the perfect crust.

Making the perfect pie crust is all about technique. Learn all the little tips and tricks while getting your hands knuckle-deep in butter. Find out why some people swear by an all-butter, half lard, or part shortening crusts. What makes a pie crust flaky? Tender? You definitely don't need to be a trained pastry chef or have a pie-baking grandmother to enjoy a homemade pie fresh out of your own oven.

We'll also share savory and sweet vegetarian pies and each participant will take their handmade pie dough home with them.
