Investing is the key to building wealth. Unless you win the lottery, inherit a lot of money or invent the next "big thing", it will be hard to have the kind of money you'll need one day to buy a house or retire if you don't invest your savings.

But more than half of millennials (ages 18-33) say they are "not very confident" or "not at all confident" in the stock market, according to a 2013 survey.

Putting your money to work in stocks and bonds is a matter of understanding basic principles.
In this class you will learn basic investing concepts including:
- risk vs reward
- asset allocation
- the power of compounding
- the value of time
- the need for diversification

This class is for anyone who wants to know more about how to invest in a 401k, 403b, IRA, or regular taxable account.
