Bored with Iced Coffee and coconut water? How much lemonade can you really drink without going into sugar shock? There are alternatives to Snapple.

Cool down this summer by sipping your way across the Great Subcontinent! In this class focused on exotic cold drinks, we'll head way off the beaten path (no hot chai) and learn to make from scratch Tamarind-Mint Iced Tea, a Green Mango cooler, the classic yogurt beverage, date lassi, and even a potent dry gin cocktail disarmingly named Bombay Breeze.

Drinks are always best with nibbles so we'll also whip up some Onion Bhaji (fritters) and your new cocktail hour must-have, spicy quick-pickled radishes.
