Taught by Brooklyn Brainery

Brooklyn Brainery hosts affordable classes at our location in Brooklyn (190 Underhill Ave in Prospect Heights), as well as additional events around the borough. We hosted our first classes in 2010 and look forward to hosting many more for years to come.

This is an old class! Check out the current classes, or sign up for our mailing list to see if we'll offer this one again.

This class might be over, but get first dibs on new sessions and brand-new classes by signing up on our ultra-rad mailing list.

There are about a thousand tiny tiny things out there you'd love to learn but haven't wasted enough time on them yet. Juggling! Tying knots! Coin magic!

All of those things make this seem like a class for panhandlers and sailors! Which it very well may be. Recommended school supplies: ideas, pocketchange,  a sense of mischief.

Other things we can cover: making cheese, whittling, calligraphy, making fresh pasta, spinning pens, braille, knitting (k1p2!), papermaking, screenprinting, origami, bike repair - really, I promise, we can do anything that is mostways legal.

Class was inspired by this thread over at Ask Metafilter.
