Taught by Brooklyn Brainery

Brooklyn Brainery hosts affordable classes at our location in Brooklyn (190 Underhill Ave in Prospect Heights), as well as additional events around the borough. We hosted our first classes in 2010 and look forward to hosting many more for years to come.

This is an old class! Check out the current classes, or sign up for our mailing list to see if we'll offer this one again.

This class might be over, but get first dibs on new sessions and brand-new classes by signing up on our ultra-rad mailing list.

I'll posit that a knife, a potato, and a little ink can get you 80% of the way to any printing project you're looking to do, but what about the other 20%? We'll figure out how to build a tabletop letterpress with scrap wood, screenprint t-shirts with pantyhose, and transfer ink from Surface A to Surface B in a thousand and nine ways.

We cancelled this, but! if you're interested in building your own letterpress just check out this instructable
