Last night, we had our first Real Estate 101 session, lead by the experts at Realty Collective who shared all of their amazing knowledge on apartment buying in New York City. (It's challenging, to say the least). 

Next Monday, April 11, we're switching gears and taking on the challenge of selling an apartment in a less than ideal climate. It will be extra awesome because they'll be joined by James Ryan of The Brooklyn Home Company, who will share some design tips to help your apartment sell quickly while others just sit there.
